"My order showed up packed so safely..."
My order showed up packed so safely, I swear it could’ve survived a wild cross-country adventure. Not a single broken piece, dent, or sad little scratch anywhere. The box was neat, everything had plenty of padding, and I was way more excited than I expected just seeing how perfectly it arrived. Super happy with it!

"Not really worth the price"
I mean... for what it costs, I expected a lot better. It broke quickly, it just felt kind of cheap from the start.

"Honestly, customer service was frustrating"
So, yeah, customer service was really frustrating for me. I felt like I had to keep following up over and over, the replies I got just didn’t really help much. It kind of seemed like nobody was actually that interested in sorting it out, which was, you know, disappointing. Not really what I expected, and I probably won’t order again.

My order showed up sooner than I expected, which I really appreciated. Everything went smoothly with no issues. It’s always nice when a company does the right thing and gets your stuff to you when they say they will, or even earlier...

I checked everything as soon as it showed up because I half expected something to be missing or swapped, but nope, the whole order was correct. It was packed fine too, so I can’t really complain. Happy with it overall.

I returned my order and I’m still waiting on the refund. The frustrating part is that the website says one thing about the return process, but what actually happens seems different, so I’m not really sure what to expect or when I’ll get my money back

"It just felt way too expensive for..."
It just felt way too expensive for what it is. I’ve seen really similar stuff elsewhere for less, so it didn’t feel worth the price. What made it more frustrating was that when I had questions, nobody really seemed to take ownership or help sort things out. Everyone kind of passed it off, which didn’t leave a great impression.

"Not much to pick from"
I was expecting a lot more to choose from. The selection felt limited, and a lot of the items either weren’t what I was looking for or all had the same kind of look. For the prices, I figured there would be more variety. The site also had this kind of empty feeling, like there wasn’t really a real person behind it or anyone to help guide you. I ended up leaving without buying anything because nothing really stood out.
